Ring Runner is our in-house tool built for wedding professionals and couples planning independently.
At its core is a live wedding timeline that keeps everything running smoothly on the day. From your phone, you can stay on top of every event as it happens and keep your entire team of collaborators aligned in real time.
Planning now begins with an integrated budget tool that does more than track expenses. It helps couples understand what they can realistically spend from the start, then continues to evolve alongside the planning process. Budget items and tasks are linked, so updates happen together and nothing becomes outdated or disconnected over time.
Ring Runner also includes a centralized vendor hub where all key details for each wedding vendor are stored and easy to access. Communication is streamlined through an in-app group chat that brings everyone involved into one shared space.
Additional features include vision boards, contract storage, and document import and export tools, designed to keep everything organized in one place.
